RATES

The guest suites at Clarendon Square feature one queen size bed and are suitable for double occupancy. Rates vary by day of week, room, and length of stay. Nightly room rate includes expanded continental breakfast daily.

CANCELLATION POLICY & PROCEDURE

Your credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. For reservations cancelled more than 14 days from the arrival date, there is a $35 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for 50% of the booking. For cancellations within 48 hours, guests are responsible for the full booking amount. Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing via email or snail mail to Clarendon Square. Do not consider your reservation cancelled unless you receive a cancellation number verifying that we received your request.

MINIMUM STAY

We always do our best to accommodate every reservation while maintaining the boutique quality of our inn. In order to offer an intimate guest experience, we prefer to minimize the number of guests arriving and departing.

Please keep in mind that there may be minimum stay requirements for the dates you request. These vary according to season and demand. Call to check for last minute cancellations or for shorter stays.

Rates subject to change for holiday and special events. Discount for stays over 5 nights. Additional person supplement $55/night.
