After several years in mortgage banking and a career in historic preservation, Stephen Gross created the Clarendon Square, a Boston, Massachusetts bed & breakfast. Many years of travel to dozens of countries help him to be an expert host. His passion for guest satisfaction and interior design drive the Clarendon Square standard. What Stephen loves most about the bed and breakfast experience is sharing stories and meeting guests from all around the world. When time allows, Stephen travels to experience boutique hotel properties around the country.
A graduate of Boston University, Bobby Ciletti is the public relations and marketing manager for our luxury boutique hotel in Boston. Beyond his ability to make all feel welcome, his talents in graphic and interior design can be seen throughout the property. Working with a variety of clients, Bobby's experiences in public relations have taken him from Boston to Dublin and Cape Cod.
Laura Paquette joins the Clarendon Square team as Inn Manager. Since 2008 she has shared her love of Boston with travelers from around the world. When not recommending the hidden gems of the city, she is scouting new places in both Boston and beyond. She has a deep passion for travel, and will always jump at an opportunity to board a plane. Some of her favorite experiences have been the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, Bourbon Street in New Orleans, and the breathtaking landscape of Sedona, Arizona. Laura believes that every traveler should experience a new city as a local, and can not wait to show you ours.
Brian Gomola, your weekend innkeeper at Clarendon Square, is a native of Fairfield Connecticut. Brian is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he studied Resource Economics at the Isenberg School. After working for a small website design firm, Brian came to Boston to begin a career in Digital Advertising. Week days he is employed at Digitas in Boston's financial district; outside work Brian enjoys running & spending time with his friends & family, especially his Yellow Labrador Brogen.
Jasmina Bakir also a weekend Inn Keeper & born in Frankfurt Germany, moved to the United States to attend the State University of New York at Buffalo. Jasmina has traveled Europe extensively, taking up residency in London and then later in the US in Pittsburgh and Boston. During the week, Jasmina is an account manager at a New England electronic device manufacturer. In her spare time you might find Jasmina exploring her passions for scuba diving and horseback riding.
Having emigrated from Canton China, and now a US citizen, Winnie Tan has lead the Clarendon Square clean team for almost 10 years. Her attention to detail is unparalleled. She has a mighty task, yet always finds a way to bring joy to everyone's day. Winnie lives nearby with her son and extended family members.
